How we work
We saw the opportunity to take something ordinary, and turn it into something extraordinary.
In Australia, those living with disabilities are twice as likely to be unemployed. We thought it was time to change that. It’s no secret that people with disabilities – seen, or unseen – experience employment barriers. Usually, this is due to a disparity between available jobs and the applicant's perceived skills and capabilities.
All it takes is one employer to challenge that notion, and give everyone a fair go.
So we’ve made that our mission at Sendable.

69% of our team have disability or lived experience with disability.
So far, we have created 56,000 employment hours for our staff.
All employment comes with a free training program to help with X, Y, and Z.
By 2025, we hope to have placed XXX people in full time work.
Disability is diversity,
and diversity is our superpower.
In 2019, Sendable founder Chloe found out that her young son was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. In a world of misconceptions and unconscious bias, it was a complex diagnosis to receive.
Together with husband Declan, Chloe decided that there was no use waiting for someone else to change the world for her son – most companies were too big, too busy, or claimed it wasn’t any of their business.
So she made it her business, instead.
If you operate a supply chain
– big or small –
you’ve got the opportunity to create change.
We make it simple for businesses to humanise their supply chain. By choosing Sendable, you will make a meaningful social impact in the distribution of each of your orders. We like to think of it as, ‘picking and packing with purpose’.
For this reason, we’re fast becoming the 3PL service provider of choice for organisations that are focused on making a positive social impact in the community in which they serve. We don’t need to tell you that consumers have begun demanding that their purchases create change – your customers want to see action.
And by choosing Sendable as your 3PL provider, you’ll be doing that…without lifting a finger.
